Dale’s Smashburger Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 1b ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Duke’s mayo
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped Wickles pickles, plus 2 tsp pickle juice
  • 1 Tbsp Dale’s Original Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Splash of Red Clay hot sauce
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Diced dill pickles, for garnish
  • Chopped green onion, to garnish
Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350. 
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, then drain and cool. 
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until incorporated. Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish or cast iron skillet, and bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
