Dale’s Smashburger Dip

Ingredients
- 1 1b ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Duke’s mayo
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped Wickles pickles, plus 2 tsp pickle juice
- 1 Tbsp Dale’s Original Seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Splash of Red Clay hot sauce
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- Diced dill pickles, for garnish
- Chopped green onion, to garnish
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet, then drain and cool.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until incorporated. Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish or cast iron skillet, and bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
