Dale’s Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
1 rack pork ribs (about 2.5 lbs)
1 large onion, peeled and diced
2 large garlic cloves, chopped
2/3 cup Dale’s Original Seasoning
1 cup ketchup
6 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut rack of ribs in half and place in a large saucepan.
  3. Add enough water to cover ribs and bring to a full boil over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 15 minutes.
  5. Coat a medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray and place over medium heat.
  6. Sauté onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
  7. Add Dale’s Seasoning, ketchup and sugar and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove ribs from water.
  9. Cut ribs apart between bones and place in a shallow baking dish.
  10. Add ½ cup of the water from saucepan to sauce and stir well. Discard remaining water.
  11. Pour sauce over ribs, coating both sides.
  12. Bake, uncovered, for 50-60 minutes, or until ribs are tender, basting occasionally.
