Food Prep Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  • 4 Tbsp. Dale’s Perfect Chicken Savory Herb blend seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, pressed or finely chopped (1 ½ Tbsp.)
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 12 thighs)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a gallon ziptop resealable bag, pressing any air out of the bag before sealing. Gently shake and massage the bag to evenly distribute all the ingredients and combine.  Add the chicken pieces to the bag and again, press any air from the bag before resealing. Place the bag on a rimmed baking sheet and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours. 
  2. To cook, preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium high heat, 400°F to 450°F. Lightly grease the grill grates with oil and once grill is hot, place chicken pieces directly on the grill from the marinade bag in a single layer. Allow chicken to cook 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature of the meat registers 165°F on a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh. Remove chicken from the grill, and allow to stand 5 minutes before slicing or chopping, as desired, for your meal prep. Enjoy!
